These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and services provided by MindStack Game ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent mobile game studio. By downloading, installing, or playing any of our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By creating an account, playing our games, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you are at least 13 years old or have the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play our games for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. This license does not give you any ownership rights in our games or their content.
All games, artwork, characters, music, code, trademarks, and other content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written permission.

Some games offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you — not sold. Purchases are processed and billed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and refunds are subject to that store's policies. We may adjust, add, or remove virtual items and game features at any time.
Our games may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Interactions with those ads are solely between you and the advertiser, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Our games and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not warrant that saved game progress will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant game in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time by deleting our games from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction in China, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
